The Telemo hit maker Gasmilla as part of events celebrating this grand achievement last December held an event at Efua Sutherland Children dubbed “Gasmilla Father Show”.
Sharing is Caring as it’s been said, Gasmilla organized the event as part of his lined-up activities to give back to society for their support in making “Telemo” a grand hit.
The successful event on the day (26th December) saw children from various communities in Accra with smiling faces going home with Bicycles, footballs, T-shirts, Toys, and only lucky brilliant student winning an educational scholarship.
In fulfilling this promise, Gasmilla and other leading members of Fishman Records (His Management Team) last Monday (18th January) visited Winneba Senior High School where an educational scholarship valued at Two Thousand Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 2500) was been awarded to Miss Mavis Botchwey.
The scholarship facility is expected to cover all educational expenses from date till she completes her 2nd cycle education.
Gasmilla and his team were well received by the Head Master, Head Mistress and Teachers of Winneba High School who thank him for his kind gesture and assured an excellent co-operation between the school and Fisherman Records.
The official launch of Gasmilla’s Educational Fund is expected to come off this year as the international fisherman hinted and it will be a yearly event.
